Initiate Your Request
Log into your Canvape account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
